ORDERING QUESTIONS

1. How to place an order?

At Packable Gears, ordering is fast and easy! Simply follow the steps below to complete your purchase online.

1. Browse or search for the items you'd like to order and add them to your shopping cart as you go.
2. When you have finished your online shopping, click "Checkout".
3. Sign in if you already have a Packable Gears Account. If you are a new customer, you can create a New Account or checkout as a guest to complete your order.
4. Complete your shipping information and select a shipping method.
5. On the next page, the "Payment" page, select a payment method.
6. Before completing your order, review your payment method and shipping address
7. If you have made an error or would like to change your information, click the "Edit" button next to the item you wish to change.
8. If everything is correct, press "Confirm Order" and make sure you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
9. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Place Your Order" button.
10. Your order has been completed and you will receive an email to confirm your order.

You will immediately receive an email confirming that you order has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped and your credit card is charged.

 

6. How do I change or cancel an order?
