1. What are your shipping fees?

*Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the Invoice(s). Customer is responsible for applicable good and services tax, sales and all other taxes and fees associated with the order. Packable Gears' standard delivery time within Canada is less than ten (10) business days after pick up by carrier, or unless delays caused by circumstances beyond Packable Gears' reasonable control. Packable Gears' standard delivery method is by Ground service. Express (Saver)* service is available upon request. Only Express service is available to order outside of Canada and USA.

 

2. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

3. What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally. Please contact us for shipping cost to United States and outside of Canada. Remember shipments outside of Canada will be subjected to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country, please check with you local authority.

 

4. When will my order be shipped?

For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to a credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank prior to processing. You may be contacted within 24 business hours for further billing verification. If we do not contact you, your order will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

5. What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by selecting Order Tracking on our website. If you checked out as a guest, use your order number and order password (which were provided on your order confirmation) to login. If you have forgotten your password, please e-mail  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and our customer representative will gladly help you retrieve your password.

If you are a registered user at PackableGears.com, please login using your credentials and you may view your order history and order status.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can check on its status at any time.

 

6. What will you do with undeliverable packages?

Packages that are refused by the customer or undeliverable and returned to PackableGears.com by the carrier will automatically be assessed a 25% restocking fee once the package is received.

 


WARRANTY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES QUESTIONS

1. What is your Warranty?

We warrant our products for a period of twelve (12) months or up to the limit of the manufacturer's warranty from the date of sale, whichever is less. The Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects. We disclaim all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our responsibility for warranty claims is limited to repair or replacement as set forth in our applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of sale.

 

2. What is your return / exchange policy?

Buy with confidence knowing our items are backed by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. As our customer, we believe you should feel good about your purchase. We provide you with detailed descriptions and pictures so you can make an informed decision. If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectations, we will refund 100% of the purchase price (within 7 days from your receipt of your order), less the shipping cost.

General Rules

- All returns must be unwashed, unworn or unused and in original packaging.
- Hang-tags must be attached to the merchandise.
- All returns must be made within 7 days of the item's receipt.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Some restrictions may apply and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All returned products are subject to inspection and approval.

 

2. How to Return Merchandise?

A valid RA No. (Return Authorization Number) must be obtained before returning your merchandise. You can obtain your RA number by completing the Return Authorization Form from our website. Please provide the order number and the detailed reasons for your return. Upon approval, customer service will issue a Return Authorization Number. Returns will only be accepted after a Return Authorization Number has been obtained.

Please print the RA no. on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly marked, valid RA no. will be refused.

Please DO NOT remove the tag on the item. Once the tag is removed, Packable Gears will not accept the item for a return.

 

3. Can I return everything I purchase, including underwear?

General speaking, you can return all the merchandise you purchased online, except underwear. All underwear are not returnable due to hygienic reason as per Health Canada Regulations.

 

4. How should I ship my return and where do I ship my return?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. To be properly processed, your return must include the RA number on your package. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

5. When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
